What is the Happy Moments Program?

The Happy Moments Program is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem those points for future purchases.

How do I earn & redeem Happy Moments points?

All registered members earn 5 (Five) Reward Points on every ₹ 100 spent at www.toys4all.in. We may offer bonus points events from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer

Happy Moments Points can be redeemed for future shopping. Value of 1 (one) Point = Rs. 1 (one) for purpose of redemption. Happy Moments Points can be redeemed at checkout.

What types of merchandise count for collecting Happy Moments points?

The value of "merchandise" for purposes of collecting points includes all products sold on www.toys4all.in However, if a bonus points event applies to any of these merchandise categories, the bonus points event rules will apply.

What happens to my points when I return items?

All points earned from this purchase, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your Happy Moments account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

What happens to my Happy Moments points if part of my order is canceled?

Happy Moments Points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is canceled from your order, you will not be charged and you will not receive Happy Moments points for that item.

Can I redeem Happy Moments Points with other Offers and Promotions when I am shopping?

Happy Moments Points can be redeemed along with other offers on www.toys4all.in on case to case basis. Please check terms of specific offers/promotions for details.

If I return an item that I used Happy Moments Points to buy, will I be refunded for the cash/points?

Happy Moments Points applied to your purchase is non-refundable. If you choose to return an item where you redeemed a Happy Moments Points Reward, you will be refunded for the price paid, and the Rewards Points will lapse.

Are there any limitations to the number of Reward Points that I can redeem?

No there are no limits, you can redeem up to 100% of your accrued points.

Do Happy Moments Points expire?

We encourage you to redeem your points often, so that you get to experience the full benefits of the Happy Moments program. All unredeemed points expire after a period of three years from the date of when you have not engaged in point activity associated with your (through purchase or redemption) for 36 months or more. If you have questions regarding the date of your last point activity or your last purchase, you may email shop@toys4all.in. In addition, points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled.

Reward Points are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or returned. www.Toys4all is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Toys4all is not responsible for any taxes incurred by clients or guests. Rewards are subject to change, alteration, substitution, or termination by toys4all in its sole discretion at any time.
